Boy Scout Troop 344
Battle Ground, Washington
|
|

|
Boy Scout Troop 344, sponsored by the Battle Ground Lions Club, meets every Monday night, 7:00pm, at the
Pioneer Grange, 3803 NE 199th St., Ridgefield.
Boy Scouting is for boys who completed the 5th grade or 11-17 years old. Our objectives are to develop character, citizenship, and personal fitness while focusing on a vigorous program of outdoor activities. The experience will allow your son to test his skills, try things he may not have tried, and develop his self-confidence and persistence.
Join us for adventure and fun! |
 |
Each month, Boy Scout Troop 344 of Battle Ground plans an outing, like camping, and sometimes adds an activity, like a community service project.
Our outings during one year can include Ape Caves near Mt. St. Helens, snow tubing near Mt. Hood, hiking the Oregon Trail near
Boardman, OR, collecting fossils near John Day, OR, hiking the Barlow Trail at Mt. Hood, summer camp at Meriwether on the coast, and canoeing down the Willamette River (whew!).

Troop 344 (above) continues to clean up State Highway 503 in Battle Ground where it has
Adopted The Highway. If you see us some Sunday, honk your horn in appreciation! Come visit us anytime! |
