| Lady Bug BazaarThe Lady Bug Bazaar is run by the Battle Ground General Federation of Women's Club and is held the first Saturday of November annually. The location is the Battle Ground High School Gym with the doors open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a very popular event with everything at the Bazaar being hand made. There are 151 tables of hand made items for sale including art from the Battle Ground Art Alliance. For the courtesy of all attending, there are No Strollers Allowed at this event. Do note that there is Baby Sitting Available. Battle Ground General Federation of Women's Club started the Ladybug Bazaar in 1966 in the old Odd Fellows Hall's basement. We moved to different locations over the years as we grew. Now we use both gym's at the school and have a waiting list of 2 years to get a table. Our vendors have to live in Clark County and the items must all be hand made. This out big fund raiser and because we are a service club we use it to give back to the community in a large variety of ways, including scholarships, the senior girls mother daughter tea, and several other projects. We have about 30 members at present. For further information you can call Donna Cresap at 360-571-0131 or 360-600-4598. |
